Relaxing, clean hotel with extremely friendly and genuinely friendly staff and a beach bar. Small restaurant, with good food.

The service at the pizzeria linked to the Hotel was fantastic. Very friendly waiter and waitress, which was a lovely change from the norm in the Hotel!
Bathroom in room was not acceptable. The shower basin had been glued back together with silicone which had turned a brown colour. The shower basin also leaked so that when you had a shower the water escaped and flooded the bathroom floor. It looked like it had been in this state for quite a few months. In addition the staff, both at the bar and reception (with the excpetion of the one lady that checked us in) were extremely cold verging on rude. On two seperate occassions a simple request for a bottle of water from the bar staff felt as if we were getting in their way, even though the bar was very quiet. A similar experience was provided at the reception. They could do with a reminder that tourism is how they earn a condsiderable fraction of their income and should not treat tourists as nuisances. I am from Dublin, Ireland so some may say I am used to a higher standard of service, however a simple hello and a smile would have been more than enough from any of the staff.

Upgraded and fairly clean hotel, unbeatable and brilliant location right by the sea. Friendliness from the whole staff. Bright and updated room with balcony and plentiful breakfast. Breakfast with many options. Great customer care, parking nearby. Pool bar and nice pool. Simply nothing too much trouble, very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated next to the sea and has a beach downstairs as well as Spa. The rooms with sea view are so romantic, the great sunsets each evening but you can also join the hotel terrace and have a drink in front of nature show. The hotel is very close to the National Parc entrance and you can swim in the salt lakes too. After a visit of the St Marie Island with the convent and church you can join Pristaniste by boat and then walk back to the hotel (around 2km). The hotel food is great, lot of choice for a breakfast and also good a la carte restaurant. You can taste their evening buffet, the terrace has beautifull sea view. The hotel staff is very kind and efficient.

We enjoyed exploring the lush trails of the National Park, and the hotel's convenient bike rental made it that much easier. The sea view was fine, letting us unwind in the evenings after busy days with the little ones.
In my wife's opinion, the highchair situation could be improved for families with kids.

Fantastic - right on the edge of the National Park.
Staff unhelpful and whenever we asked them questions we got incorrect, conflicting answers and they never offered to chase our queries up. Their knowledge of the local area, ferry times etc was poor.

The location of the hotel was the main attraction for staying here.
The bathroom drainage smelt very bad which made the bedroom also smell. The shower tray filled up and water took a long time to drain which made showering a long process as had to keep getting out and waiting. Staff were notified of this but nothing was rectified. For price of room this was not value for money but unfortunately to stay on the island, you were left with little other choice.

Amazing location on lakes, you can walk everywhere. Moreover, it is not far from several harbour front restaurants, one the island's ports and a lovely swimming area and beach bar. The hotel offers decent size, well-appointed rooms with stunning views, comfortable bed.

The beach bar was a highlight, although it could get crowded with cruise boat guests. The staff were friendly and cute. Wait times for the ferry can vary, and access to water during dinner could be improved. The evening meal selection was varied but not always replenished, leading to missed favorite dishes.

The hotel was exactly as I pictured it. the staff was helpful and the sea was nice. It was conviently located by the enturance to the national park we could ride ohr bikes in and put which was great. Overall it was a good deal and offered us a comfortable place to sleep. Which is all we needed.
The bathrooms smelled like sewage. The rooms could use a renovation, it was a little old.
